Life Transitions
Change is overwhelming, so much so you may find yourself doing a lot to avoid it. Maybe even staying in your room for days or putting off important tasks. In the words of Thich Knat Hanh “People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar.” With some help, you may be able to learn how to embrace the unknown and step over it into growth. Life transitions include, relationships, friendships, work changes, becoming a parent or even moving.
Study Support
Balancing studying and life is hard for most students. Study burnout is real and can impact not only your academic performance but also other areas of your life such as your relationships, work, exercise, sleep, diet and overall well-being. You don’t need to take this on alone, connect and explore how you can bring back balance between studying and your life.
Career Coaching
There are times when you may feel stuck, overwhelmed or anything but inspired in your work role or business. You may even not know what you want to do for a job. You may have a job but know its not the ‘career’ for you. You may be feeling lost and don’t know where to start what to do or who turn to. Having a coach support you through this time who is trained in human behaviour, neuroscience and numerous psychological interventions may be just what you need to help you. Get in contact with our team today to find out more.
