Client Resources
The Graciously You Psychological practice team is dedicated to increasing access to and awareness of readily available psychological resources. That is why we have provided access to resources our psychologist Natasha has created. As well as a list of external, free resources that may assist individuals in learning more about mental health and how they can engage in self-help style strategies. These articles and self-help strategies are not provided or designed to replace appropriate psychological intervention from a trained mental health professional. Rather, they are provided to empower individuals to actively participate in the management of their own mental health and well-being.
Please note, this is not an inclusive list and there are many other resources and organisations out there. We encourage you to source resources that work for you, from organisations that you trust.
