Our service does see clients who are children aged 13 years and older, with prior written consent from a parental and/or legal guardian. However, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18 without parental/legal guardian consent. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Data without parental and/or legal guardian’s consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Once you become a client Graciously You Psychological Services uses Halaxy, an electronic document management system. Within Halaxy data is protected by 256-bit bank grade security and encryption, meaning patient records, notes, and payment information are protected to the same level required by banks. The only instance in which credit or debit card information is stored by us is if you are a client of our service and you provide written authorisation for this information to be stored and used to pay for future sessions or non-attendance fee payments. This information is encrypted and stored in our electronic document management system, Halaxy and not on this website or its servers.
